如果系统运行一些游戏软件出现“应用程序错误”提示，可以先试试这个修复一下系统缺失的运行库DLL文件。
当然也可以直接下载安装完整版的DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)。

DirectX修复工具（DirectX repair）是一款系统级工具软件，简便易用。本程序为绿色版，无需安装，可直接运行。

　　本程序适用于多个操作系统，如Windows XP（需先安装.NET Framework 2.0（点此直接下载），详情请参阅“致Windows XP用户。txt”文件）、Windows Vista以及Windows 7，同时兼容32位操作系统和64位操作系统。本程序会根据系统的不同，自动调整任务模式，无需用户进行设置。

　　本程序的主要功能是检测当前系统的DirectX状态，如果发现异常则进行修复。本程序中包含了最新版的DirectX redist（Jun2010），并且全部文件都有Microsoft的数字签名，安全放心。

　　本程序为了应对一般电脑用户的使用，采用了傻瓜式一键设计，只要点击主界面上的“检测并修复”按钮，程序就会自动完成校验、检测、修复的全部功能，无需用户的介入，大大降低了使用难度。

　　本程序采用了多线程编程技术，可充分利用系统的资源，减少时间的等待。同时，针对部分低性能电脑，也做了一定程度的优化。

　　本程序有自动记录日志功能，可以记录每一次检测修复结果，方便在出现问题时，及时分析和查找原因，以便找到解决办法。

　　程序的“选项”对话框中包含了2项高级功能。点击其中的“注册系统中所有dll文件”按钮可以自动注册系统文件夹下的所有dll文件。该项功能不仅能修复DirectX的问题，还可以修复系统中很多其他由于dll未注册而产生的问题，颇为实用。点击第二个按钮可以为dll文件的右键菜单添加“注册”和“卸载”项，方便对单独的dll文件进行注册。请注意，并不是所有的dll文件都可以通过这种方式注册。

　　程序附带了用户反馈程序，可以在用户允许的前提下发送检测修复结果。用户也可以在出现问题时通过反馈程序和软件作者进行交流，共同查找问题。反馈是完全匿名和自愿的。

　　本程序基于Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0开发，对于Windows 2000、Windows XP、Windows 2003的用户需要首先安装。NET Framework 2.0或更高版本才可运行本程序。有关下载和安装的详细信息请参阅“致Windows XP用户。txt”文件。对于Windows Vista、Windows 7用户，可以直接运行本程序。

Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider(DSEO) – 禁用驱动程序签名强制

Windows Vista/7 64位的驱动验证和32位稍微有点不同，要求用户必须使用经过数字签署过的驱动。换言之，没有经过数字签署的驱动是不允许安装的。
之前比较麻烦的做法是
A：在Windows启动时按下F8键，用“禁用驱动程序签名强制”模式进入系统后就可以强制关掉驱动签名验证，正常使用设备。但是每次开机或重启Windows都要这样做一次，就比较麻烦了。

B：使用ReadyDriver Plus软件来模拟每次开机按F8然后选择“禁用驱动签名强制”，但是此款软件要写MBR，且对启动速度有一定影响。

其实早在2010年，ngohq就放出了一个帮助用户屏蔽Windows7/Vista 64位驱动检测的工具。
注意：由于没有数字签署的驱动没有经过微软的验证，所以安装这种驱动将有可能损害系统稳定性，请用户三思。

In Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system, there is a strict driver signature enforcement policy of requiring Microsoft verified, certified and digitally signed device drivers to be installed. Windows 7 or Vista will verify the digital signature of the drivers of each hardware devices before loading or starting the drivers. User who attemps to load an unsigned drivers will face the nonoperational device or malfunction device.

When an unsigned driver is installed, the device will be listed with an exclamation mark in Device Manager, and user may see the following error message:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Other possible errors are:
This driver has been blocked from loading.
Can not connect to low level driver. Please reinstall The Driver under Local system administrator account or try to start driver manually using “Low Level Driver Installation” shortcut.
Can not load low level device driver. Please restart application.
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
Error code 0xc0000428.
Device driver software not successfully installed.

The driver signature enforcement policy is implemented in both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) versions of Windows 7 and Windows Vista operating system, although it’s less strict in x86 OS, and in most cases, do allow unsigned drivers to load. The main purpose of the restriction is to enhance stability and reliability of Windows operating system by ensuring all device drivers passed Microsoft’s driver certification and compatibility test.

It seems that Microsoft has forgotten end users when it introduced a very restricted module of driver signature enforcement in Windows Vista and Windows 7. All drivers and system files must be digitally verified or they cannot run when using both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows Vista and Windows 7. In the past, it was possible to turn that feature off in Vista, but due to new kernel security updates, it is impossible to turn it off without degrading security and stability of your operating system or putting your master boot records in risk by using other software alternatives.

So what is the problem with digital certificates? Well, the problem is… developers have to pay Microsoft to receive verified certificates, and that makes many applications inaccessible under Windows Vista and Windows 7. However, it is still possible to turn it off by pressing the F8 function key during system boot up, but pressing F8 every time on boot up can be a serious pain in the butt. Others have found workarounds, but most of them are too risky and may trash your master boot records, at least until now thanks to our latest tool.

How does it work?
Microsoft is aware that developers cannot submit every beta build they are testing. Microsoft has provided a mode inside Windows Vista and Windows 7 that will allow developers to test their software before they submit it to Microsoft’s labs. Unfortunately, even in that test mode drivers and system files must have a test certificate before installation.
The good thing is that it does not have to be digitally verified. That means we can load drivers by creating our own unverified certificates. Do not worry! You do not have to do anything; our Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider will do everything for you.

False Positive Alert
It has come to our attention that several Antivirus suites have listed our Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider (DSEO) as a dangerous file. That’s nonsense! DSEO is safe. These Antivirus suites are being used as a tool to remove software that Microsoft deems contrary to its outlook, instead of protecting the customer from dangerous files.

So how do I use it?
First and foremost; you are using this software at your own risk, we do not take responsibility for any damages to your system, but we do not believe it can harm anyone anyway. Secondly, you must run DSEO with administrative privileges (Right click and choose Run as administrator).
1. Download the application from the link below. Right click on it and choose "Run as administrator". Inside its main menu, press on the “Enable Test Mode” button and follow the instructions on the screen. This will enable TESTSIGNING mode, which allows unverified system files to be loaded.
2. Now all you have to do is to add the unverified signature to the required system files. To do so press on the “Sign a System File” button from the main menu, and enter specific filename including full path. For example: if ATITool64.sys from C:\Windows\System32\drivers refuses to load due to driver signature enforcement, you should type: “C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ATITool64.sys”, and if you would like to sign more than a single file, just repeat this procedure until you’re done, and finally reboot.
After you enabled Test Mode and added signatures to the required system files, they should bypass Windows’s driver signature enforcement and load without any issues. However, if for some reason you are interested to revert it, you can re-launch the application, choose “Disable Test Mode” from the main menu, and reboot. If you encounter issues or having questions, feel free to post it on our forums.
Note: DSEO requires administrative privileges (Run as administrator).
