打开Firefox就出现如下提示，重新安装依旧如此。
Firefox 已经在运行，但是没有响应。如要打开新窗口，您必须先关闭该 Firefox 进程，或者重新启动您的系统。
英文版显示为“Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.”
解决方法如下：
在 开始－运行 中输入：
firefox -profilemanager
回车后会出现一个小窗口让你选择使用哪个 profile 来启动 firefox。
可将当前出错的Profile删除掉，然后新建个即可。原来那个Profile的收藏夹可在
C:\Documents and Settings\anopos\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ske36gaw.default\bookmarkbackups 找到备份。
倘若运行里面输入firefox -profilemanager没反应，可以打开
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox，里面有个profiles.ini文件，删除之，问题亦可解决，Firefox将想以安装的初始状态启动.
